Technology Components:
Assisted an OEM Case Packaging machine manufacturer is developing a motion control system on the Modicon PLC platform. Case packer packs soft bag cereal products at high speeds. Had to incorporate programming for 25 operator defined recipies.
Modicon 984 Quantum PLC, Modicon BM85 Bridge Mux, TCP QuickPanel, Axima Servo system, Indramat variable frequency drives, Modbus, Modbus Plus, Taylor NxT PLC programming software.
