4. Project Description:
Technology Components:
Provided a turnkey PLC based control system for Jail Controls for a detention facility in South West Virginia. Tasks included design, submittal engineering, production engineering, PLC programming, system test, on site installation, startup and checkout, training and warranty support. Control system included a graphic console with floor plan layout of facility. Operators are able to open/close cell doors, perform group release, and acknowledge alarms via the graphic console.
GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC, ADI graphic panel with LED and switches, 1.15 KVA UPS system, Door Control Console, GE Fanuc LM90 PLC programming software, AutoCAD 14.
